Resolution of the AGM regarding the distribution of net profit for 2015
On the 15th of June, 2016, General Meeting approved the resolution no. 9 regarding the distribution of net profit for the fiscal year 1.01.2015 - 31.12.2015. The General Shareholder’s Meeting decided that the earned in the fiscal year 1 January 2015 - 31 December 2015 net profit in the amount of 57,682,617.41 PLN will be passed in whole to supplementary capital.
