Pursuant to the rule number 3) included in the third part, pt 1 of the “Corporate Governance Principles”, Comarch S.A.’s Management Board reports that on the 18th of May, 2011 Supervisory Board of Comarch S.A. passed the resolution no. 10/5/2011 in which projects of the resolutions at the AGM, to be held on the 29th of June, 2011, are given positive opinions. Projects of the resolutions were made public on the 19th of May, 2011 in current report no. 9/2011.
