April 5th, 2010, Chicago, IL – Comarch, Inc. has successfully implemented GoLoyalty, a Software as a Service (SaaS) loyalty platform, for the sister companies StarFloors and Starpower. The solution enables StarFloors and StarPower to reward real estate agents for referrals and territory managers for encouraging participation in its newly developed loyalty program, StarRewardz.

The implementation of GoLoyalty took only one week and begun shortly after Comarch’s careful analysis of StarFloors and StarPower’s needs. The GoLoyalty implementation was performed in two stages – membership signup and full functionality rollout. During the first stage, Comarch created and launched a web based database where real estate agents/brokers and territory mangers could enroll into StarRewardz. During the second stage, business processes were set and the member portal was adapted to a StarRewardz.com branded website. The implementation was quick due to the fact that the only requirement for StarFloors and Starpower to run the program was a secure internet connection.
