On November 24-25, Comarch participated in the VSMCamp & CSMOSummit 2023 – an annual event dedicated to smart technologies for marketing and sales. Take a look at what the conference taught us.
Held since 2016, VSMCamp & CSMOSummit is Vietnam’s biggest industry event. The conference boasts more than 1500 participants, 70 speakers, and 50 panels each year. Combining speeches, presentations, and discussions, it’s an amazing opportunity to dive into the world of modern technologies that can optimize marketing and sales. The event attracts some of the top experts, academics, strategic consultants, and agencies from the marketing realm. Together, they introduce new and meaningful trends that are believed to dominate the industry future.
This year, the VSMCamp & CSMOSummit was (unsurprisingly) focused on the power of ChatGPT and other AI-powered technologies. One of the most insightful speeches on the subject was delivered by Mr. Hoang Nam Tien – Vice President at FPT University – who explained how AI can be used in marketing strategy to boost sales performance. Other presentations also touched upon the potential of artificial intelligence, mostly in the sphere of communications, content creation, and B2B marketing.
2023 was yet another year when the VSMCamp & CSMOSummit conference was sponsored by Comarch.
