On October 17-18th, Comarch’s loyalty representatives took part in fourcourttech ‘23 – a conference focused on technologies that optimize the operation of fuel and convenience retail and those that enhance the customer experience.
The convention is an annual opportunity to bring together an audience of fuel & convenience retailers and technology solution providers. This year, we had the pleasure of being one of the event’s sponsors. Our team was represented by Dominika Pietrzyk, Sami Nachawati, and Wojciech Krawczyk. Together with other CX and marketing professionals, they discussed topics such as digital solutions in retail fuel solutions, global retail trends, or combining data analytics to create true retail insights.
The event agenda was a two-day program full of presentations, lively discussions, and networking opportunities. Featuring lectures from Shell, Visa, and BigBrother representatives, it was a very eye-opening and thought-provoking gathering for anyone looking to dive deeper into the challenges and solutions of fuel and convenience retailing. The event took place in Alicante, Spain.
