“Keep it Simple”: Anna Pruska PhD as a Guest on Paula Thomas’ Loyalty TV
CEO of Comarch, Anna Pruska PhD, was a recent guest on Loyalty TV's popular program, Let's Talk Loyalty. She was interviewed by Paula Thomas alongside Piotr Kozłowski, Consulting Director, EMEA & Asia Pacific, Airline/Travel Loyalty Solutions.
Dr. Pruska, discussed her extensive 20-year career with the company. The interview covered a range of topics, including:

AI is the buzzword of today, but it's also a necessity for us as an IT company. We do need to implement #AI capabilities into our systems. Within the loyalty suite, we have been implementing AI technology in the fraud detection module. We're still going to build up AI capabilities within our products. So this is definitely what we are going to work on this year to increase that effort and provide this to our customers.
I remember going to client meetings and having to introduce myself, the company from scratch. It was quite tough at the time. Right now it's become much easier in the business. We are a known name, we've made ourselves a brand name. And I'm really proud of that.
It makes it much easier now to acquire new business for us. And I think this growth has been really amazing.

When I started in international sales, it was quite difficult for me. I began by setting up Comarch's business in Western Europe, and I remember going to client meetings where I had to introduce myself and the company from scratch. It was quite tough at the time. But now, it has become much easier. In the business, we are a known name; we've made ourselves a brand name, and I'm really proud of that.
