Comarch, a global leader in IT solutions and services, has announced the opening of its new 32,000 square foot data center in Phoenix, Arizona. The North American flagship facility is designed to meet the growing demand for high-quality, secure, and reliable private cloud and colocation services in the US. Comarch currently provides data center services for clients from North and South America in rented spaces in Chicago and Columbus, as well as in Montreal and Toronto. When the US facility is launched, all of these servers will be moved to Mesa. Comarch already has its own server rooms in Poland (Krakow and Warsaw), as well as in France and Germany.
While the Mesa location will be their first fully-owned and operated data center in North America, this EU data and software titan is no stranger to success in the US. Since the early 2000s, they’ve helped build and maintain BPs loyalty program while driving key partnerships with some of the world’s largest brands. Comarch was recently ranked the 4th best loyalty provider in this year’s Forrester Wave Report. The newly constructed data center plants Comarch firmly on US soil, allowing its loyalty division to better serve their North American clients here at home.
The new data center will offer a range of services, including managed services, cloud hosting, colocation, disaster recovery, and backup services. It will also offer meet-me rooms (MMR) to allow clients to connect to one or more carriers - enabling Fortune 500 clients to easily access and transfer their data.
The Comarch owned-and-operated facility is the culmination of a $22 million investment as the company broadens its global reach that currently spans 92 offices across four continents. This expansion means any enterprise can now benefit from more comprehensive IT solutions with advanced system integrations. Its single-source data center infrastructure, managed services and applications offer advantages of vertical integration and negotiation at scale.
“By directly owning and operating our own infrastructure, we can shape the commercial model to offer full stack services and pass the cost savings to our customers.” - Jerry Filipiak, Director, Research & Development, Comarch.
The opening of the new data center in Phoenix is part of Comarch's global expansion strategy, which aims to provide innovative and scalable IT solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.
The Forbes article features an interactive design of the data center’s special features, which were designed to change how companies secure critical information, improve performance, access industry experts and streamline their data and operations.
