COMARCH PROJECTS IN THE BENELUX
KPN, a leading Dutch landline and mobile telecommunications company, has chosen Comarch Data Center for hosting and ongoing maintenance of their system Fulfillment Automation. Earlier, Comarch delivered KPN a complete set of BSS components, which reduced operating costs, improved customer satisfaction and streamlined launching new services.
BASE Company, a mobile telecommunications operator, has implemented the Next Generation Performance Management, another platform provided by Comarch. It is offered as a managed service and hosted at the Comarch Data Center. With the new solution, an operator can proactively monitor network performance what makes it possible to optimally manage the quality of service delivered to customers, a key factor for the network to adapt to the future needs of mobile communications.
ING Belgium has chosen Comarch Loan Origination. The solution supports all major elements of the lending process, i.e.: loan simulation, application verification, decision making and fund disbursement. It also handles after-sales processes such as annexes, monitoring and soft debt recovery procedures. Thus, Comarch will be ING Belgium’s one-stop-shop partner integrating the whole business process.
ERGO Insurance Group has decided to implement Comarch Mobile Insurance Advisor. The solution supports the process of advice and the sale of insurance in Belgium and Luxembourg. The insurer has chosen Comarch mostly due to the solution multiplatform architecture and extensive Comarch’s experience in development of mobile solutions for the finance industry.
Since 2012, Comarch is also working with the Belgian life insurance and pension company, Delta Lloyd Life, an active player in corporate and retail insurance market. Delta Lloyd Life has selected Comarch solution supporting risk assessment and handling of medical claims.

In the first nine months of 2015, revenue from sales of the Comarch Group was 177,7 million EURO, an increase of 13,2 million EURO, or 8,1% %, compared to the corresponding period in 2014. The operating profit amounted to 11.9 million EURO. Net profit attributable to shareholders of the parent company was of 8.9 million EURO. Operating profitability in the period amounted to +6.7%, while net margin +5%. In the said period Comarch Group generated an EBITDA of 21.6 million EURO.
