Comarch and MIM Solutions join forces. Comarch Loyalty Management Platform with powerful AI support

Comarch, a leading IT solutions provider, and MIM Solutions, a company specializing in solutions based on artificial intelligence and machine learning, announce a strategic partnership. The aim of the partnership is to integrate MIM Solutions' cutting-edge AI solutions into the Comarch Loyalty Management platform, enabling Comarch customers to increase the effectiveness of their loyalty programs.

Comarch Loyalty Management is a comprehensive tool that enables companies to create and manage loyalty programs in both B2C and B2B models. The platform offers a wide range of functionalities, including the management of points, rewards, promotions and customer behavior analysis. MIM Solutions' experience in the development of advanced artificial intelligence algorithms used in the e-commerce, telecommunications and advertising industries will enhance the functionality of Comarch's solution for building and optimizing loyalty points promotions.
