It’s already the 10th edition of the Annual Loyalty Conference. This year, Loyalty 2018 will take place on February 5-7th in the capital of Thailand – Bangkok and focus on building the best loyalty reward schemes for markets.
The Loyalty Conference always gathers the global experts in travel, airline, vehicle rentals and hotel loyalty management, amongst them – the speakers from Comarch. This year, our company will be represented by Piotr Kozłowski and supported by our business partner Patricia Ray, the Loyalty Programs Director in Enterprise Rent-A-Car. They have prepared an insightful presentation “Getting Out of Our Bubble” which focuses on expanding horizons to new data sources and new channels in a customer-centric era.
