The Internet of Things, Smart City, Business Intelligence, the Cloud, customer experience of the future – these are just a few topics for the upcoming Comarch User Group 2017. As with every year, our current and prospective clients come to Kraków to meet each other, exchange experiences and familiarize themselves with our solutions.
The conference takes place at the Qubus Hotel and in the Comarch Conference Center in Kraków, on October 2nd-3rd. It is devoted to sharing insightful presentations and case studies reflecting industry trends and hands-on project experiences. This year, the main topics revolve around technologies of the future.
The event will address challenges in the B2B and B2C sectors, offering opportunities to learn from both case studies and peers about topics such as customer experience in an omnichannel environment, IoT and smart places, Big Data, machine learning etc.
The second day of Comarch User Group will be divided into three sections – BSS/OSS, loyalty and finance. Comarch employees will present and discuss case studies of our solutions implemented worldwide.
