The 8th Annual Retail Customer Engagement Summit 2017 will be held at the Cavendish Conference Centre on Wednesday 7th June 2017.
The event is organised by The Retail Bulletin – a website dedicated for the fast moving retail sector, addressing retailers’ needs for quick, accurate and up-to-date news about the industry. The Annual Retail Customer Engagement Summit which we have been supporting since 2012 is now in its 8th year.
This year Julian Bonnett, Comarch UK’s Business Development Manager, along with Graham Bradley, Loyalty Programme & Propositions Manager at London Heathrow Airport, will be taking to the stage to present our case study on implementing Comarch Loyalty Management for the award-winning Heathrow Rewards loyalty programme. Originally launched in 1999 as WorldPoints, the programme was reinvigorated as Heathrow Rewards in May 2013 via migration to Comarch Loyalty Management, offering greater appeal to modern and digitally savvy travellers.
