It’s time for another installment of our new segment – Loyalty Personality Quiz.

It’s a weekly challenge in which we ask our loyalty experts a series of questions that are poised to reveal their approach to loyalty programs. The quiz is a fun opportunity to explore a more psychological side of loyalty programs and show their uniqueness – after all, there is no one way to be loyal to a brand, and every customer values loyalty programs for something else.
