How does it work?
Each week, we invite a professional from the world of loyalty to sit down and give us a little sneak peek into what kind of loyal customers they are.
By answering a series of questions related to their use of loyalty programs (for example, how many they’re in or which rewards they like), they reveal themselves to have a certain type of loyalty personality.
