Loyalty Personality Quiz ft. Fares Zayoud

What kind of loyal customers are the people responsible for building and enhancing loyalty programs? This week, we’ll navigate that with the help of Comarch’s own loyalty expert, Fares Zayoud.

Are all loyal customers the same?

This is the question we’ve been tackling with our weekly loyalty challenge, the Loyalty Personality Quiz.

The rules are simple – in each round, we’re asking a professional connected to the loyalty world a series of questions designed to reveal what is their approach to rewards programs, such as how many loyalty programs they are a part of or what kind of rewards do they value the most.

Based on their answers, we match them with one of four Loyalty Personality Types - Loyalty Heart Follower, Loyalty Traditionalist, Loyalty Rationalist, or Loyalty Novelty Seeker.
