This is what we’re trying to prove with our Loyalty Personality Quiz. It’s a weekly series in which we invite some of the hottest names in the world of loyalty marketing and rewards programs and ask them to forget all they know about loyalty and take on the POV of a regular customer instead.

Through questions related to their use of loyalty programs, we reveal what kind of loyal customers they are. Based on their answers, we assign them one of the Loyalty Personality Types, such as Loyalty Rationalist, Loyalty Novelty Seeker, or Loyalty Heart Follower.
