We are pleased to announce that Norwegian Reward signed an agreement with Comarch for their new investment, which is a crucial stride to provide additional benefits for passengers worldwide. As a consequence of the membership increase and launch of new benefits they decided to begin a partnership with our company as an internationally renowned expert, with the experience gained through over 80 loyalty projects worldwide, to allow the program to globally grow along with the airline.
Goal
“Our customers want low prices but also with perquisites. This collaboration is a part of our global expansion and will give loyal customers worldwide more and better benefits. With the new system we will be able to connect multiple external partners to the program faster, not to mention provide more new benefits”, says Brede Huser, Vice President of Norwegian Reward.
Satisfaction
“We are proud that Norwegian Reward trusted Comarch in developing a revamped loyalty proposition. Sealing this contract once again confirms our reputation of the loyalty specialist and a dependable business partner. This collaboration is especially exciting, because Norwegian is the first low cost carrier in Europe which recognized huge value of loyalty in driving airline business” – Piotr Kozłowski- Vice President Consulting, Airline/Travel Loyalty Solution.
In 2015 Norwegian Reward launched a number of new benefits that -in addition to earning CashPoints- allow the customers to select rewards such as free seat reservation, free baggage or free fast track at the airport. The changes in the program were so well received, that it was named the winner of an independent frequent flyer program test, outdoing such competition as Euro Bonus.
Perspective
The new partnership is a further step into the expansion of Norwegian Reward, corresponding with the global strategy of the entire Norwegian group. Norwegian Reward earned 3.9 million loyal customers within a few years, and just in 2015 its membership grew by 750,000.
Norwegian is the third largest low-cost carrier in Europe and with 100 aircrafts it operates over 400 routes to more than 130 destinations in Europe, North Africa, the Middle East, Thailand, the Caribbean and the US.
We strongly believe, that our cooperation will not only bring mutual benefits of development and prosperity but also is a proof of our professional recognition.
