Comarch Officially Certified as an E-Invoicing Provider in Slovakia
Following our previous announcement regarding our active participation in the certification process, Comarch is proud to announce that we are now officially accredited as an approved e-invoicing service provider in Slovakia. Having completed the accreditation process, Comarch is fully authorized to support businesses with the upcoming regulatory requirements.
Guaranteed Compliance and Security Ahead of the 2027 E-Invoicing Mandate
From January 1, 2027, taxpayers in Slovakia will be legally required to issue and receive structured e-invoices for specific domestic B2B and B2G supplies. Starting July 1, 2030, this obligation will be extended to cover cross-border intra-EU transactions to comply with the new ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age) requirements.
Under the new framework, document exchange and digital reporting will occur exclusively through Peppol-based networks managed by certified providers. Because all data exchange must pass through authorized nodes, choosing the right technological partner is essential to maintaining business continuity without the risk of non-compliance.
