Consultations begin for Poland’s 2024 National E-invoicing System (KSeF)

The Ministry of Finance initiated a first round of talks regarding two executive decrees aimed at regulating the use of the KSeF e-invoicing system from day one of its nationwide mandatory use on July 1st, 2024.

The first decree will further regulate issues of access to the system in emergency offline mode and agricultural VAT RR invoices. Additionally, the act will provide more details on the use of invoice QR codes in various instances and add more ways to authenticate access to the system

The second executive decree will update existing regulations on issuing the invoices, adjusting them to KSeF specifications. It is also supposed to introduce provisions streamlining reporting on continuous services.
