Bosnia and Herzegovina Holds Public Hearing on Fiscalization Law

The Federal Ministry of Finance of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched a public hearing on the Draft Law on Fiscalization of Transactions, running from January 1 to March 1, 2025. This initiative follows the House of Representatives' acceptance of the draft law on December 17, 2024.

The hearing allowed businesses and the public to provide input on the proposed legislation, ensuring it is both practical and enforceable. Feedback was submitted through official forms available on the Ministry’s website, either by mail or email.

Now, after the consultation period, the Ministry will refine the draft based on public input before presenting the final proposal for further legislative approval.
