Bolivia Extends Digital Tax Document Issuing Deadline for Select Taxpayer Groups

The Bolivian National Tax Service has announced a revised deadline for taxpayer groups 9, 10, 11, and 12 to comply with digital tax document issuance requirements. Originally set for March 1, 2025, the deadline has now been extended to October 1, 2025, following the publication of Resolutions No. 102500000008, 102500000009, and 102500000010.

What This Means for Affected Taxpayers

Taxpayers in these groups are required to issue digital tax documents through their assigned online billing modality. The extension provides additional time for businesses to adapt to the system and ensure compliance.

Concerned taxpayers can visit the National Tax Service’s official website for further details on the updated requirements and implementation process.
