      Customer needs

      The object of the collaboration between Comarch and SIAD concerns the end-to-end management of international electronic invoicing processes for SIAD Group companies.

      In particular, SIAD has decided to select an international partner that proposes a completely owned solution allowing the management of the aforementioned processes in line with the emerging technical/legal regulations on electronic invoicing.

      Execution of the project

      • The collaboration involves the management of current and future regulations, prioritizing the countries that have adopted or will adopt e-invoicing before the others: Romania, Poland, France, Austria, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia and Ukraine.
      • Starting from a single export/import file from the SIAD management systems, Comarch will deal with the complexity of processing the management formats and transmitting/receiving the flows to/from the tax authorities located around the world.
      • Through a centralized management environment, SIAD will have the opportunity to verify and manage invoices issued and received by SIAD Group companies, in full compliance with current regulations.
      • The management process will end with the transition to country-specific storage and country-by-country specific regulation.
