Comarch FSM Cloud Platform Deployment Has Been Shortlisted for the Global Telecom Awards 2024
We are pleased to announce that the Glotel Awards 2024 jury has nominated Comarch FSM Cloud Platform for MTM in the Project Delivery Perfection category. This prestigious awards program celebrates innovation and important achievements across the telecommunications industry worldwide.
Comarch FSM is a cloud-based platform designed to streamline and automate field service operations, including order placement, task scheduling, technician assignment, route optimization, equipment allocation, and report management. Deployment of this system for Indonesian PT Media Telekomunikasi Mandiri (MTM) significantly contributed to the digital transformation of telecommunications infrastructure in Asia. MTM manages a vast network with more than 300,000 communications circuits and thousands of devices for key telecom companies in the region. Deployment of a robust field service management system in such a complex environment was a challenging initiative that Comarch successfully completed.
Being recognized by the Glotel Awards is a significant honor, highlighting Comarch's efforts to enhance telecom businesses' operational capabilities. Other categories include awards for remarkable advancements in artificial intelligence, automation initiatives, environmental sustainability, and more.
The winners will be announced during the awards ceremony in London on November 21, 2024.
