      The Comarch S.A.’s Management Board informs that as a result of the strategic review of the implemented R&D projects and the implementation of activities aimed at optimizing the group's activities, it decided to stop further development of the apfino.pl platform, managed by the subsidiary of the Issuer, i.e. Comarch Finance Connect sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Krakow. In connection with the decision taken, the services provided as part of the Appino.pl platform will be gradually extinguished. The Comarch S.A’s Management Board found this information confidential due to the fact that it concerns the important R&D project, which was implemented by the issuer in previous periods and which was made available for commercial use by clients.
