Due to alteration in Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, ComArch S.A.’s Management Board sets new dates for periodical financial reports in 2009.

New dates of periodical reports are as follows:

1) Annual report for 2008 - on 30th of April, 2009
2) Consolidated annual report for 2008 - on 30th of April, 2009
3) Consolidated biannual report for the first half of 2009 - on 31st of August, 2009

At the same time, we inform that pursuant to § 101 sec. 2 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange (…), ComArch S.A. will not publish quarterly reports for the second quarter of 2009 (it had been intended to be published on 14th of August, 2009).  

Dates of other periodical reports that were published in current report no. 5/2009 haven’t been changed.
