Pursuant to &5 sec. 1 pt. 3) of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange and due to the fact that on 6 April 2007, an Annex no. 2 to an Agreement on multipurpose and multicurrency credit line dated 3 June 2005 (the company announced details in current report no. 19/2005) between ComArch S.A. and Bank BPH S.A. with its registered seat in Krakow was signed, ComArch S.A.'s Management Board announces that during last 12 months the company signed with Bank BPH S.A. agreements that in total fulfil the significant agreement's criterion.

The contract with the highest value is the above-mentioned Annex no. 2 to the Agreement on multipurpose and multicurrency credit line dated 3 June 2005 that was signed on 6 April 2007. It increases credit limit by 14 million PLN (in words: fourteen million) up to 38 million PLN (in words: thirty eight million).  It means that within credit limit the company may use a maximum amount of 38 million PLN (in words: thirty eight million PLN).  Total value of all contracts signed with Bank BPH during last 12 months amounts to 32.87 million PLN. 
The value of the company's total equity constitutes the significant agreement's criterion.
