Pursuant to &33 sec. 1 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange ComArch S.A.'s Management Board announces details of the subscription:

1) commencement/completion date of subscription: 16 March 2007/23 March 2007;

2) date of series I2 shares allocation: 26 March 2007;

3) number of shares taken up by subscription: 441,826;

4) reduction rate in particular portion of securities in case of number of allocated series I2 shares lower then number of series I2 shares, on which  subscriptions were made (even if it happens only in one portion of securities):-;

5) number of series I2 shares, on which  subscriptions were made:  441,826;

6) number of series I2 shares, which were allocated:  441,826;

7) acquisition price of series I2 shares: 1,00 PLN (in words: one zloty) each;

8) number of persons who subscribed for series I2 shares: 13;

9) number of persons to whom shares were allocated: 13;

10) the Company did not enter into agreement on subissue;

11) value of subscription, i.e. number of offered shares multiplied by issue price:  441,826 PLN (in words: four hundred forty-one thousand eight hundred twenty six);

12) total issue costs, in particular:
a) costs of an offering: 14,150.00 PLN (in words: fourteen thousand one hundred fifty);
b) remuneration of subissuers, separately for each of them: 0.00 PLN (in words: zero);
c)  costs of prospectus, including consultancy: 0.00 PLN (in words: zero); 
d) offering promotion: 0.00 PLN (in words: zero);
e) civil law activities tax: 2,181.90 PLN (in words: two thousand one hundred eighty and 90/100);
Total: 16,331.90 PLN (in words: sixteen thousand three hundred thirty one and 90/100).

Issue costs will be settled into finance costs.

13) average cost of subscription of series I2 shares per one share: 0.04 PLN.
