Pursuant to § 5 point 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of the 29th of March, 2018, on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state, the Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs about receiving a declaration of resignation of Mr. Wojciech Pawluś from the position of Vice-President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A. (“Company”) and membership in the Management Board of the Company as of the 8th of December, 2024. Mr. Wojciech Pawluś stated that the reason for his resignation was to align with the Company's strategic plans.
