Pursuant to &34 sec. 1 pt. 4 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19th of October, 2005, concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that it received a resolution of the Management Board of the National Deposit for Securities dated the 13th of January, 2009, on assimilation of 9,400 series A shares.

The Management Board of the National Deposit for Securities announced that pursuant to § 43 section 1, 3 and 4, and § 2 section 1 and 4, as well as the company’s request, it has decided to assimilate 9,400 (in words: nine thousand four hundred) ComArch S.A. shares (marked with the code PLCOMAR00061) with 6,202,796 (in words: six million two hundred and two thousand seven hundred and ninety-six) ComArch S.A. shares (marked with the code PLCOMAR00012). Assimilated shares will be marked with the code PLCOMAR00012. The Management Board of the National Deposit for Securities announced that starting from the 16th of January, 2009, there will be 6,212,196 (in words: six million two hundred and twelve thousand one hundred and ninety-six) ComArch S.A. shares marked with the code PLCOMAR00012.
