Pursuant to Article 34 sec. 1 pt. 4 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that it has received a resolution of the Management Board of the National Deposit for Securities dated 7 January 2008 on the assimilation of 9,400 series A shares.

The Management Board of the National Deposit for Securities announced that pursuant to § 43 section 1, 3 and 4, and § 2 section 1 and 4, as well as the company's request, decided to assimilate 9,400 (in words: nine thousand four hundred) ComArch S.A. shares (marked with the code PLCOMAR00061) with 6,193,396 (in words: six million one hundred ninety-three thousand three hundred ninety-six) ComArch S.A. shares (marked with the code PLCOMAR00012). Assimilated shares will be marked with the code PLCOMAR00012.
The Management Board of the National Deposit for Securities announced that beginning from 11 January 2008 there will be 6,202,796 (six million two hundred two thousand seven hundred ninety-six) ComArch S.A. shares marked with the code PLCOMAR00012.
