The Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that on the 9th of October, 2024, they received from Natales Fundacja Rodzinna w organizacji (ENG: Natales Family Foundation in Organisation), i.e. a person closely related to the person performing managerial duties - Mr Zbigniew Rymarczyk, Vice President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A.- a notification on transactions referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council No. 596/2014 dated the 16th of April, 2014, on market abuse.
