In relation to current report no. 3/2012 dated the 27th of February, 2012,  the Management Board of Comarch S.A. announced that as a result of the registration of the increase in MKS Cracovia SSA’s share capital (purchase of 38,631 MKS cracovia SSA shares), Comarch SA will hold 59.82 % votes at the company’s general meeting, differently than announced in current report no. 3/2012 (66.11%). The remaining part of the report is unchanged.
