The Management Board of Comarch S.A. informs that on the 4th of October, 2024, they received from the person performing managerial duties - Mr Michał Mędrala, Vice President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A.- a notification on transaction (including amendment to this notification) referred to in Article 19 section 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council No. 596/2014 dated the 16th of April, 2014, on market abuse.
