Pursuant to the rule number 2 of the Corporate Governance Principles, ComArch S.A.'s Management Board reports that ComArch S.A.'s Board of Supervisors with the resolution no. 9/6/2007 dated 15 June 2007 and 10/6/2007 dated 20 June 2007, gave a positive opinion on projects of the resolutions at the AGM, to be held on 28 June 2007.

Projects of the resolutions were made public on 20 June 2007 in current report no. 23/2007.
