RB-20-2008 Appointment of Member of the Management Board
ComArch S.A.'s Management Board herby reports that on 25 June 2008, at the Ordinary Annual General Meeting, Mr. Konrad Taranski was appointed as member of ComArch S.A.'s Management Board.
His Curriculum Vitae and other information required in &5 section 1 pt 22) of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange were presented in current report no. 17/2008 on 20 June 2008.
