RB-16-2007 Registration of Series I2 Shares in the National Deposit for Securities

Pursuant to &34 sec. 1 pt. 1 of the Regulation issued by the Minister of Finance on 19 October 2005 concerning current and periodical information pertaining to companies traded on the stock exchange, the Management Board of ComArch S.A. announces that received an announcement of the National Deposit for Securities (NDS) dated 29 May 2007 related to registration of series I2 shares according to a resolution no. 367/07 of NDS dated 21 May 2007.

Operating department announced that on 31 May 2007, 441,826 series I2 ComArch S.A. shares with the ISIN code PLCOMAR00012 will be registered. After registration total number of ComArch S.A. securities will amount to 6,193,396.
