29.05.2024 Resolution of the AGM regarding dividend
On the 26th of June, 2024, the Ordinary General Meeting of the Company adopted Resolution No. 9 on the distribution of net profit for the financial year 1.01.2023 - 31.12.2023. The General Meeting decided that the net profit generated in the financial year from the 1st of January, 2023, to the 31st of December, 2023, in the amount of PLN 92,163,082.95 will be distributed in such a way that part of the net profit in the amount of PLN 40,666,745 will be paid as dividend. The remaining part of the net profit in the amount of PLN 51,496,337.95 will be transferred to supplementary capital.
Value of dividend: PLN 5.00 per one share
Dividend will be allocated to the following number of shares: 8,133,349
