Comarch cares about the usability of mobile applications

The growing role of the mobile channel can no longer be ignored by financial institutions if they want to achieve or maintain a significant position in the market. According to ITU World Communication by the end of 2009 there will be approximately 4.6 billion registered users of mobile devices in the world. This means that two-thirds of the world’s population will have a mobile device.

In addition to complex functionality, customers place great importance on the usability of applications. The application should be intuitive, simple and pleasant to use. Comarch mobile applications are designed with a view towards easy interaction between the user and the application. The design process utilizes Comarch usability standards, including: Mobile Web Best Practices 1.0 developed by the W3C (World Wide Web Consortium), as well as its own standards (Comarch User Experience Standards).
