Dr Anna Pruska - doctor of humanities in the field of International Relations, she completed her Master's studies in Finance and Banking at the Warsaw School of Economics, She pursued her graduate studies in Macroeconomics at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz and obtained a diploma in Economics from the Graduate Institute of International Studies (IUHEI) in Geneva, Switzerland.

In 2019, she defended her PhD thesis at the Jagiellonian University in Kraków.

In 2004, she started working for Comarch. She was responsible for the development of Comarch business and the creation and management of corporate structures in Western Europe (Germany, France, and Belgium). She was actively responsible for acquiring new clients in the Telecommunications, ERP, Services, as well as Finance and Insurance sectors.

From 2013, she has served as the CEO of Comarch Swiss AG and was responsible for the restructuring of Comarch presence on the Swiss market. Since 2013, Anna Pruska has been a member of the supervisory board of Comarch SA.

On October 2, 2023 she was temporarily delegated by the Supervisory Board to act as President of the Management Board of Comarch SA. On 3 January 2024, she was elected President of the Management Board of Comarch S.A.
